Once a Cash On Delivery order returns, we cannot send it again to the customer on the same payment method. The customer shall pay in advance online to get it delivered again.

Once a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled by the customer, the system blacklists the details and cannot send the parcel again on Cash on Delivery. The customer shall pay online in advance to confirm and receive their parcel.

For new customers, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders above PKR 4,999. To proceed with such orders, advance payment is required online.
