It started with a simple idea.

My name is Abdullah Kayani, and The HM Store is the result of a simple decision: to take something I was already passionate about and turn it into a real business.

I am currently an intermediate student and have always been interested in online business, e-commerce, and online earning. I have been exploring and working in the online space for some time, including working in the YouTube automation business.

Eventually, I decided that I wanted to build something of my own — something that could grow beyond a single project and become a proper brand.

That is where The HM Store began.

Three People. One Business.

The HM Store is being built by three people, each bringing a different role to the business.

Raja Mudasir is my cousin and one of our partners. He already runs his own stationery and printing shop, giving him practical experience with physical business operations. Along with investing in The HM Store, Mudasir will be handling the backend side of the business, including product inventory, packaging, and other physical operations.

Hannan Abbasi is another one of our partners. He currently works at a call center and wanted to build something alongside his job. Hannan is also investing in the business and will be involved in the physical and backend operations of The HM Store.

And then there is me, Abdullah.

My responsibility is the side of the business that I know best — the online side.

I will be handling the website, e-commerce operations, social media, digital marketing, online presence, and the overall online growth of The HM Store.

We have agreed on our partnership and distribution responsibilities so that each of us has a clear role in building the business.

Starting Small

We are not starting with a huge warehouse or a massive inventory.

We are starting with what we can manage, learn from, and grow.

Our first category is fragrance, specifically attars and perfume oils.

For our initial collection, we have started with two attar fragrances — Black OPM and Baccarat Rouge — available in different sizes. We have also brought in 50ml perfume oils in both fragrances.

As the business starts moving forward, we can increase our inventory according to demand. Since our suppliers can provide us with more stock when needed, we have the flexibility to scale our inventory as the business grows.

For us, this is not about trying to look big from day one.

It is about starting properly and building something real.

Why Fragrance?

We chose fragrance as our starting point because it is a category with a strong place in everyday life.

Attars and perfume oils offer something simple but personal — a fragrance can become part of someone’s identity, routine, and memories.

We want The HM Store to begin with products that people can actually use, enjoy, and come back to.

But fragrance is only where our journey begins.

Building The HM Store

Right now, we are rebuilding everything from the ground up.

From our website and branding to our online presence, marketing, product presentation, and customer experience, there is a lot to build.

We know that starting an e-commerce business is not going to be perfect from the beginning.

There will be things we get wrong.

There will be things we have to improve.

And there will be lessons that only come from actually doing the work.

But that is part of our journey.

We would rather start small, learn along the way, and keep improving than wait for everything to be perfect.

Where We’re Going

The HM Store starts with attars and perfume oils, but our vision is bigger than our first products.

Our goal is to build a recognizable Pakistani e-commerce brand that can grow into more categories and eventually become something much bigger.

For now, our focus is simple:

Build the foundation.
Serve our customers well.
Learn. Improve. Grow.

And as we move forward, we want our customers to be able to look back and say that they were there when it all started.

This Is Our Beginning

The HM Store is not a story about a business that has already made it.

It is a story about three people starting something together, investing what they can, using the skills they have, and taking the first step toward building something of their own.

We don’t know exactly where this journey will take us.

But we know where it starts.

It starts here.
