Post Office & Self-Collection Orders
Payment for all Post Office and Self-Collection parcels must be made in advance online. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

🚫 COD Restrictions
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for:
• Village / Remote Areas
• Self-Collection Orders
For these orders, advance online payment is required.

🔄 Returned COD Orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is returned, we cannot resend the order on COD. The customer will be required to make an advance online payment before the order can be redelivered.
❌ Cancelled COD Orders
If a customer cancels a COD order, the order details may be flagged in our system. Future orders may therefore not be eligible for COD and advance online payment may be required for confirmation and dispatch.
💰 COD Limit for New Customers
For new customers, Cash on Delivery is not available for orders above PKR 5,000. Advance online payment will be required.
